Applebees Neighborhood Grill and Bar in Soutd Burlington

Me and my boyfriend got Uber eats and they only got 3 of the 5 things we ordered my bf got a sandwich and onion rings and he didn’t get them. And still got charged for all of it. Bad support told him that “it isn’t there fault and that they didn’t have the sandwich” but said they did on the Uber eats app. Not getting anything from there again.

Was great! Dining room open with social distancing, masks worn by staff, very clean. Would go back.

Hanna was one of the best waitresses I've ever had. Very efficient and was wonderful with the kids. She's a keeper. Food was excellent. Was very happy.

The food is always amazing! Friendly service and I have tried everything from the salads, pastas, soups, burgers and steaks. I have been impressed with all I have tried, mostly the red meats and shrimp 🦐 so far. I can't stop going back for more!

This is the 3rd time this month that I placed an online order and it's also the 3rd Time I've gone in 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready and it hadn't even gotten put in yet. Very dissatisfied with this establishment. I've been going here for years and never had a problem until recently...

Update 2: went here for second time for some bread sticks..guess what!! Now they have Veggie Burger patty!!!! Thanks Applebee's. :) ------For Vegetarians the options are limited to Salads. But some menu items can be customized such as pasta and burger by removing meat. Good place with welcoming ambiance. Would recommend to a friend.

The price is great and it’s the freshest Applebee’s I’ve ever eaten at!

They have a employee that is working that has covid 19. This isnt a revenge review. Because they messed up an order this is 100% accurate just want to warn people. Maybe choose another restuarant .

My daughter and I had dinner at this Applebee's location in South Burlington, Vermont. I really enjoy their Parmesan Shrimp Sirloin and this visit did nor disappoint. We had great service and great food. Definitely a good experience all around!

$1 Adios drinks! What a deal for a great tasting mostly liquor drink. Menu items are inexpensive and the food is delicious.

Good place to take a break from shopping..also they have great specials..I got the fish and chips but the batter on the fish was a little raw.. told the waitress with no problems at all they took it off the bill and offered me something different.. good people friendly staff.

I am not a fan of Applebee's. But considering that I couldn't find any other respectable sit in dining... I was amazed by the food quality, quick responsive staff. Ate like a King and got back on the road to Boston faster than some fast food joints.

The food was great. The in mall location fine. Atmosphere cookie cutter. The server was demeaning at best .#Honey this, #Sweetie that. Terrible timing while I was eating- asking questions. Zero personality! Never asked for dessert which I love. Never suggested a 2nd glass of wine, #disappointing. Dropped the check mid meal, #insulting . I'd never want to have her as a server then the hostesses acted like it was a bother to answer a simple question! !! #Customers services poor.

I placed an order on GrubHub, and unfortunately had the delivery driver cancel the order after it had been roughly an hour and a half. I called Applebee's and the person I spoke with was very helpful and polite! They already had the order made so he called GrubHub to try to find me a new delivery driver. When it did arrive the delivery driver made sure to mention they had remade the order fresh so it was still hot by time it arrived to us and everything tasted delicious.

It was amazingly good! They have very many options to pick from and there all so good I got the chicken parm pasta. I would recommend to anyone who likes pasta! Very kind staff very patient and nice. They helped with any questions we had even some allergies in our party they new the answers. They made the food fantastic perfect temperature perfect portions with also very PERFECT PRICE!! I will be going back very soon. Trying many different meals!

My last time there was a Saturday late in the eve, the bartender...I think her name was kaleigh or something like that was extremely rude! Wont go back!

Fast prompt great happy service! Very clean. Food was awesome. We had all you can eat breaded shrimps, pork riblets, and chicken tenders. Wonderful first time experience!

As always, Applebee's has the old standbys available on their menu. What's particularly nice is they throw some new menu ideas into their rotation to keep you wanting more. Good food, good service, good value. Try them out tonight. If you need a meal or just a refreshing drink and an appetizer, it's all there for the asking. You won't go wrong!

The service was great and the food even better without forgetting the drinks IT WAS AMAZING... I strongly recommend it if your near and around the burlington area, its a place not to miss out on with friends and family!!!

The servers are always on point. The website and kitchen staff are lack luster. Ordered the steak fajitas and was given hardly any cheese, while the sour cream and guacamole were excessive. The steak was not cut to fit in the tortillas. Also ordered the 3 cheese chicken penne and the server added an extra bread stick, which was excellent. Do not recommend ordering take out through the website.

It was good. There was 1 single noodle that was different than the rest in my Mac and cheese with chicken. Not a huge deal, how ever it's was not uniform with the rest of the dish. They discounted our meal.The Dollar Momma had too much Malibu Coconut rum, it over powered the rest of the alcohol and the flavor of this drink. Needs consistency. Less ice aswell please. No one likes an iced down drink. The service was good. Tighten it up for 5 Stars. Thankyou.

My husband I just had lunch today, excellent service and after watching the cleaning between customerers, we felt very safe eating there.

Food was decent for a chain restaurant. Waitress was a little forgetful and was overcharged but she corrected it.

Not worth the money. Got a Steak and chicken fajita cost $17.99 and the steak didn't even taste like steak had a funny texture to it. Hard to explain what it tasted like. The chicken didn't taste like real chickenVery weird. BUT NOT WORTH THAT AMOUNT OF MONEY! Save your money and go to Chilis

Its very clean. The staff is friendly. My only complaint is that our waitress took our order for beverages. As we waited for our beers . She did not inform us after 15 minutes that they needed to switch kegs . We had to flag her down to find out what the hold up was. Appetizers were very good . Usually there are no complaints. Will go back again for sure.
